The «fileteado porteño» was born in Buenos Aires at the beginning of the 20th century as a popular decoration practice. It originated in wagon factories, where early masters spontaneously developed it until it was completely matured with shapes and color. For many years, city cars and wagons had original decoration that was embraced by buses and trucks.
